Promotions & Marketing
• Identify a master list of businesses and organizations that will display promotional materials for The Carnegie
• Distribute flyers and hang posters for gallery, education and theater programs and events
• Participate in promotional bulk mailings
• Sell memberships, T-shirts at gallery openings, theater events or art education program
• Assist in the design of promotional materials
• Work with the Development Director to identify special projects
• Represent The Carnegie at various events (e.g. manning a booth at a conference or festival)
Skills Needed:
• Experience in marketing / promotions is not required, but is desirable. • Must be punctual, dependable, flexible and friendly. • Solid communication skills with a friendly telephone manner. • Must successfully complete volunteer orientation • Must agree to a criminal background check
