KCYS was started in 1957 by a group that wanted to teach kids how to play Baseball and Basketball. Since then that focus has never changed. To this day we teach kids of Kenton County the fundemental's of Baseball and Basketball. As an organization we keep the prices low so everyone is able to afford the sports we offer. KCYS is strickly ran by Volunteers we have no paid staff to run the orgainzation. Our fields are located off Oliver Rd in Independence, KY.
But with keeping prices low we have to rely on fundraising to help with the upkeep of our fields. So this year we are having a Cornhole Tournament to help raise money for Field Improvements and Expenses. Our Cornhole Tournament will be hosted at our fields off Oliver Rd on June 27th. The two and out tournament will begin at 1:00p with the drawing of the brackets. If you are interested in praticipating in the tournament forms can be found at http://www.leaguelineup.com/tmbbaseball. PreRegistration is $50.00 a team with a First Place Prize of $300.00. Or you can sign up the day of the event with the cost being $60.00.
